We’re excited to announce that Metarock Group Limited (ASX: MYE) has officially returned to its former name, Mastermyne Group Limited, following shareholder approval at our AGM held on 26 November 2024.
Jeff Whiteman, Managing Director & CEO, said “The change of name back to Mastermyne Group Limited is symbolic of our refocus on core business in recent times and will eliminate potential confusion as to our identity. Mastermyne has been a well-recognised brand in Australian underground coal mining for 28 years and reflects our core values: Keep Safe, Keep On, Keep It Real, Keep Together and Keep Challenging.
Our two subsidiary brands, Wilson Mining, a specialist strata control products business and Mynesight, a specialist resources industry training business, will both be maintained.”
