Receiving Shareholder Communications

Receiving your shareholder communications electronically is the best way to stay updated with what your Company is doing. When you register your email address with the share register, we will send you copies of any announcements that we release to the market so you will not miss out on any news.

Registering your communication details with the registry will also enable you, on your election to make an election as to how you would like to receive certain documents including Annual Reports and documents related to member's meetings (for example notices of meeting and proxy/voting forms) as follows:

You can elect to be sent documents in either physical or electronic form;

You can elect not to be sent the Annual Report;

You can make a one-off election as a shareholder to receive a particular document in either physical or electronic format.

Mastermyne will no longer be sending physical copies of meeting documents unless a shareholder has requested that a copy be posted.
