Mastermyne’s University Partnerships
Do you know about Mastermyne’s University partnerships?
We have recently partnered with the University of Wollongong to offer a final year engineering student the opportunity to conduct research at Appin Colliery as part of their final thesis project. The project will involve completing a time in motion study of secondary support with the aim to reduce cycle times, process setup and relocation times, material consumption, and an increase in overall per shift productivity.
Mastermyne has also renewed the Scholarship Partnership Agreement with CQUnviersity for 2018 – 2019. The Mastermyne Group Scholarship provides students with financial assistance whilst studying and also provides the opportunity to complete paid work experience at Mastermyne. To be eligible to apply, students must be studying in the disciplines of Engineering (Mining and Mechanical), Business (HR) , Law or Finance/Accounting.
