At Mastermyne, one of our core values is to “Keep Safe”, this is founded on the belief that all incidents and injuries can be prevented. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all. The Mastermyne Health, Safety, Environment & Community Management System is developed in accordance with ISO 45001 and is subject to regular internal and third party audits. Strong safety leadership through all levels of the business, rigorous Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control Processes underpins our Management System. We integrate safety into all business practices and are proactive to drive improvements in equipment, processes, work methods, and individual and group performances.

Health

There is a fundamental link between a healthy mind, healthy body and a productive employee. Unavoidably, all our employees are not immune from the challenges embodied in society so we do what we can to influence our team to make good personal decisions and support them when the going gets tough. Our health initiatives include fitness for work programs, company funded team challenges and addiction support programs and benefits such as income protection and an Employee Assistance Program that is extended to all family member’s reflects just some examples of how Mastermyne look after its own.
